Amos Adair Stiltner appeals from a jury conviction of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, 18 U.S.C.A. Â§Â§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2) (West Supp. 1993), and his resulting thirtyfour month sentence. Because we find that the court did not abuse its discretion in denying Stiltners motion to suppress, that he was not denied a speedy trial, and that the court did not err in its jury instructions, we affirm Stiltners conviction and sentence.
